Section 6.4.2.2, pg 133 At the end of paragraph for item 3. DW_CFA_def_cfa_register, add: "This operation is invalid unless the current CFA rule is defined to use a register and offset." At the end of item 4. DW_CFA_def_cfa_offset, add the same text.
