DWARFv4 defines DW_LANG_C for Non-standardized C, DW_LANG_C89 for ISO C:1989
and DW_LANG_C99 for ISO C:1999. ISO/IEC 9899:2011 is an extension of ISO C:1999 
that adds some keywords allowing some new expressions. This matters for debuggers 
that allow the user to construct expressions in the language (variant) of the 
current CU. Therefore producers should be able to express that code was compiled 
for the new C standard.
