We've missed Fortran 2003 and Fortran 2008 versions, those language versions add significant 
amount of new language constructs that might be useful to debug info consumers too.

Page 44, Section 3.1.1, Figure 8. Language names add:

  DW_LANG_Fortran08     ISO/IEC 1539-1:2010

Page 172, Section 7.12, Figure 31. Language encodings add:
